Aurigacrown Car Hire cars only may be driven in Andorra, France(1), Gibraltar, Balearic Islands(2), Iberian Peninsula(2), and Portugal, and must be returned to one of our stations.

(1) France: It is possible to drive in France, paying locally an additional insurance of € 7 per day(for entire length of the rental) (maximum € 50 per rental agreement). The rental agreements are renewable monthly.

(2) The vehicles must not be taken from the Iberian Peninsula to the islands or viceversa nor must they be transported to the Spanish enclaves Ceuta and Melilla.

The rental price includes: Unlimited mileage. Full insurance(CDW,TP,PAI,THEFT) - insurance excess included, except Ibiza, Faro; please see conditions further down. 16% VAT. First additional driver. Free delivery at airports. Airport taxes. One ways between all our branches if the rental is for 7 days or more 24 hours road assistance service.

The rental price does not include: Tank of fuel For rentals up to 3 days there will be a charge for the full tank of fuel, which will be refundable at the end of the hire if the tank is returned full. If the rental is for 4 days or more, there will be a charge for the full tank of fuel, which must be returned as empty as possible. No refunds will be made for unused fuel. Fuel will have to be paid at the beginning of the rental period. The amount for fuel depends on the model of the vehicle and ranges between € 40 and € 85. Baby seats and boosters € 3 per day with a maximum of € 36 per seat per rental. Second Additional Driver and further additional drivers € 3 per day with a maximum of € 36 per driver per rental. One way rental interprovincial € 30 per rental, if rental is less than 7 days. Local deliveries: NOT AVAILABLE Tow-away service due to client´s negligence, traffic fines, damaged to tyres, rims and underneath of the vehicle and costs involved, damaged to the clutch (due to misuse) and costs involved, lost or broken keys and costs involved in cleaning or upholstery. Negligences SUPER INSURANCE: FOR ONLY € 3 PER DAY (*), YOU CAN COVER ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO WHEELS, GLASS AND CLUTCH (**) * minimum amount € 9 and maximum € 36 per rental contract ** a deposit of € 300 is obligatory, in case you do not wish to acquire this insurance

(Our GENERAL CONDITIONS shown on the rental agreement will apply.) Requirements When picking up the vehicle, driver must present a valid credit card for guarantee. The driver has to be 21 years minimum and he must hold a driving licence since one year, at least.

II. CONDITIONS FOR CAR HIRE IN FARO AIRPORT, PORTUGAL WITH AURIGACROWN

Aurigacrown Car Hire recently opened its office in Faro Airport, Portugal. The cars rented in this office can be driven to Auriga's stations in Gibraltar or Spain.

The rental price includes: Unlimited mileage. CDW (collision damage waiver, with an excess). TP (theft protection waiver, with an excess). 1st Additional Driver VAT. 24 hours road assistance service. Airport taxes.

The rental price does not include: Petrol: cars are delivered full and must be returned in the same conditions. Otherwise a refuelling service charge of € 25 applies in addition to the petrol shortage. Baby seats and boosters € 5 per day with a maximum of € 70 per seat per rental. GPS/Navigational System: € 5 per day with a maximum of € 70 per rental. Second Additional Driver and further additional drivers € 4 per day with a maximum of € 48 per driver per rental. One-ways rentals: allowed between AurigaCrown rental stations at an extra charge of € 40 (Andalusia), € 70 (Levante) and € 120 (Catalonia). Out of Hours: € 35 per service. Young Driver: € 35 per rental. Others PAI (Personal Accident Insurance): € 4 per day with a maximum of € 48 per rental. CDW Plus: an extra surcharge to waive the CDW/TP excess amount (see chart hereunder). Wheels, tyres, windows/windscreen, interior, underbody and the roof of the car are not covered by this protection. Super CDW Plus: an extra surcharge to waive the responsibility for the items not covered by CDW Plus (see chart hereunder). All prices are inclusive of VAT. Vehicles may only be driven into Spain and Gibraltar and must be returned to our rental stations. Driver's minimum age is 21 years old, except for groups F, G, I, H1, L1, J1, J2 and M1 where 25 years of age is required. Must have held a full and valid driving licence for at least one year. A deposit for the CDW/TP excess, in the form of a pre-authorization to one recognized credit card, is required at the beginning of the rental.
